Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Kundli360 AI apps and this website, operated by Auraveda Technologies Private Limited, registered at Ground Floor, R227, Jal Vayu Vihar, Sector 21, Near Noida Head Post Office, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India. By using the service you accept them.

1. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. If you add another person’s birth details for a compatibility reading, you confirm you have their permission to do so.

2. What the service is, and is not

Kundli360 AI provides astrological readings generated from birth-chart calculations. It is offered for personal reflection and entertainment only.

It is not, and must not be relied on as:

• medical, psychiatric or psychological advice or diagnosis;
• legal advice;
• financial or investment advice;
• a prediction of what any other person will decide or do.

Consult a qualified professional for those. Decisions you take after reading anything here are yours.

We will not determine or indicate the sex of a foetus under any circumstances. This is prohibited by the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994. Attempting to obtain such a reading will result in immediate termination.

3. Accuracy

Chart calculations follow standard Vedic methods and depend entirely on the birth details you give us. A birth time that is even a few minutes out changes the ascendant and every house position. Interpretations are generated by AI and may be wrong. We do not warrant that any reading is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.

4. Accounts

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. Keep access to that number secure; activity through your account is your responsibility. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

5. Subscriptions, credits and billing

• Access begins with a ₹1 charge that also registers an autopay mandate with your bank or UPI provider. That charge grants one question.
• Your chosen plan then begins and renews automatically at the price and interval shown before you paid, until you cancel. The mandate is registered with a maximum amount, which is shown to you at the time of authorisation. We never charge above it.
• A plan grants a number of questions per day, call minutes per month, and credits. Daily questions reset each midnight IST and do not accumulate. Call minutes reset on your billing date. Credits do not expire and may be spent on reports, additional questions and additional call minutes at the rates shown in the app.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. We may change prices with notice; a change never applies to a period already paid for.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by those stores and are also governed by their terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to harass or defraud anyone;
• seek prohibited readings, including foetal sex determination, or content intended to harm another person;
• resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or use automated means to access the service;
• upload another person’s personal information without their permission;
• attempt to bypass usage limits or payment.

7. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and content are owned by Auraveda Technologies Private Limited. Readings generated for you are yours to use personally; you may not republish them commercially or present them as the output of another service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused portion.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will explain why unless prevented by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
