FAQs

I do not know my exact birth time. Can I still use it?+
Yes. Choose “I do not know my birth time” and we use noon and read from your Moon instead. Sign and dasha readings still hold. Anything that depends on the ascendant, which includes house positions, is marked as an estimate rather than presented as fact.
A reading looks wrong. What should I do?+
Contact us before anything else. It is almost always a birth time that is a few minutes out, which changes the ascendant and every house with it. Send us your details and we will re-cast the chart free of charge.
Why do you need my time and place of birth?+
The ascendant depends on the time to the minute and on the latitude and longitude of the place. The planetary positions depend on the UTC offset that applied on that date, which is not always today’s offset. Without all three the chart is not your chart.
What is the ₹1 charge?+
It buys your first question and registers the autopay mandate so your plan can continue without a second checkout. Before you authorise it, the app shows the plan price, the maximum amount authorised, and the date of the first real charge.
How do I cancel?+
Menu, then Manage plan, then cancel. It takes three taps, there is no fee, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your credits do not expire. Full detail on Cancellation and Refunds.
Do credits expire?+
No. Daily questions reset each midnight and do not accumulate, and call minutes reset on your billing date. Credits are the one bucket that never expires, and you keep them even after cancelling.
An answer stopped part way. Was I charged?+
No. If generation fails, the question or the credits are returned to your balance automatically. If you believe you were charged for something that did not arrive, contact us and we will refund it.
How do I delete my account and data?+
Menu, then Profiles and charts, then delete account. That removes your profile, birth details, charts, conversations and any profiles you added. We keep payment records only for as long as Indian tax law requires. See our Privacy Policy.
